Vendors interested in working with Parkland County should visit the Alberta Purchasing Connection website.

Vendors should note that Parkland County intends to participate in one or more procurements by the Rural Municipalities of Alberta (RMA). 

Parkland County requires all vendors to adhere to employment and safety standards.  Vendors are typically requested to provide a Certificate of Insurance and WCB Clearance Letter, as well as any additional requirements outlined in the Bid document or as required for the project (i.e. Certificate of Recognition, bid security, contract security, industry certifications, etc.).

Please note that Parkland County does not maintain a central, formal vendor registry.  In order to do business with the County, it is important that you make yourself known to Procurement Services at procurementservices@parklandcounty.com or the County department(s) most likely to require your goods and/or services.  All departments can be reached through the primary switchboard at 780-968-8888.

Parkland County posts all public Bidding Opportunities on the Bonfire electronic bidding system.  Vendors MUST register to view all opportunities.
