NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT DECISIONS

Take notice that the following development permit(s) have been approved by the Development Authority as a discretionary use, subject to appeal: 

 

Development Permit No. PLDPR20230541

Property: 1 27314 TWP RD 534 

Proposed Development: ACCESSORY USE (variance to the sideyard setback)

Decision Date: SEPTEMBER 6, 2023

Appeal Deadline: SEPTEMBER 27, 2023 at 4:30pm

This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the decision date pursuant to Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, C M-26.
