NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT PERMIT DECISIONS? 

Take notice that the following development permit(s) have been approved by the Development Authority as a discretionary use, subject to appeal: 

Development Permit No. ??PLDPR20220025
Property: 51320 RGE RD 260  
Proposed Development: grading and filling to create three berms

Decision Date: ??March 14, 2023?? 

Appeal Deadline: ?April 4, 2023? at 4:30pm 

This decision may be appealed to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within twenty-one (21) days after the decision date pursuant to Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act, RSA 2000, C M-26.
