On November 1, 2022 the Development Authority for Parkland County issued a Stop Order on the above noted lands pursuant to Section 645 of the Municipal Government Act.
Correspondence was received appealing the issuance of the Stop Order. In accordance with Section 686(2) of the Municipal Government Act, an appeal hearing on Monday, January 16, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. has been scheduled.
Written submissions for inclusion in the agenda package for the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board regarding this appeal must be received by the undersigned on or before Monday, January 5, 2023.
