On July 30, 2021, the Development Authority for Parkland County issued a Stop Order on the above noted lands pursuant to Section 645 of the Municipal Government Act.
Correspondence has been received appealing the issuance of the Stop Order, and in accordance with Section 686(2) of the Municipal Government Act, an appeal hearing on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 2 p.m. has been scheduled.
Written submissions for inclusion in the agenda package for the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board regarding this appeal must be received by the undersigned on or before Tuesday, September 14, 2021. This will allow time for all parties to review all information before the hearing.
