On July 30, 2021, the Development Authority for Parkland County issued a Stop Order on the above noted lands pursuant to Section 645 of the Municipal Government Act.
Correspondence was received appealing the issuance of the Stop Order, and in accordance with Section 686(2) of the Municipal Government Act, an appeal hearing on November 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. was scheduled.
On October 20, 2021, the Stop Order that was issued July 30, 2021 was rescinded by the Development Authority. This means that there is no longer an appeal, as the Stop Order issued July 30, 2021 is revoked. The hearing scheduled for November 22, 2021 is therefore cancelled.
