Construction & Renovation Waste
The following items are classified as construction and renovation waste and are subject to charges for disposal:
- Carpet
- Drywall
- Small concrete pieces
- Shingles
- Wood/pallets
- Fences
- Metal
- Commercial yard waste
Parkland County Transfer Station & Recycle Centre: per tonne fee with a minimum charge
All other locations: per-truck load fee with payment by pre-paid voucher only. Waste disposal vouchers can be purchased at the Parkland County Transfer Station, Parkland County Services Building, Tomahawk Public Works Shop, and the Seba Beach Village Office.

The Northlands and Cholla landfills are accepting your asphalt, concrete, wood waste along with other dry construction materials. The sites offer easy access, quick service, and convenient location for County residents. Give them a call and ask about acceptable material and their rates.
