Parkland Communicator
In January 2011, Parkland County started offering the Communicator to residents as a monthly publication. The Communicator is sent to residents via unaddressed ad mail through Canada Post. Although an inexpensive way to distribute the newsletter, it also means that not everyone will receive a copy in their mailbox.
