Arts & Culture
Parkland County is a proud supporter of Arts and Culture, not only in our immediate community, but in the tri-area as well.
Municipal Art Program
This program, funded with the generous financial support from SMS equipment, provides Parkland County the opportunity to purchase art produced by local artists to be displayed within the County Centre building, to be viewed by all. We welcome residents to stop in and check out the art work that lines the hallways and lobby. For more information on the program, click here.
Horizon Stage Performing Arts Centre
Horizon Stage Performing Arts Centre, located at 1001 Calahoo Road in Spruce Grove, is an intimate and acoustically superb venue offering the best in Canadian and International performing artists. This beautiful 318 seat facility, attached to Spruce Grove Composite High School, features an eclectic season of events ranging from theatre to music, from comedy to dance and includes a family matinee series.
