Dogs are required to have a license in Parkland County.  A license may be purchased for $12.00 and is valid for the lifetime of the dog.  The license does not need to be renewed annually.  The license may be transferred to another dog or replaced for $2.50.

A dog license may be purchased from the Animal Shelter at the Parkland County Services Building (Main Floor 2700 - 48 Street Ph: 780-968-8458), or at the Parkland County Centre from the Protective Services Department (53109A SH 779 Ph: 780-968-8400).
