Horizon Stage Theatre Advisory Board
The Horizon Stage Theatre Advisory Board acts as an Advisory Board to Parkland County and City of Spruce Grove Councils on all matters affecting the Horizon Stage Theatre.

Membership:
- 7 residents of Spruce Grove
- 4 residents of Parkland County (one of which is a County Councillor*)
*Council member is appointed annually at the organizational meeting (held in October) for the following calendar year.
Meetings:
Once monthly or a minimum of six meetings per year (normally third Wednesday of the month).
Chairmanship:
Chair and Vice-Chair are selected by vote at the last regularly scheduled meeting in each calendar year to hold office for the ensuing year.
Term of Office:
Public members are appointed by Council for three-year terms commencing in January (up to a maximum of two consecutive full terms per member).
