Industrial Haul Agreements

Vehicles that have the potential to cause damage to County roads must obtain a permit from the County or enter into an industrial haul agreement prior to commencing a haul.  Materials being hauled may include but is not limited to gravel, dirt fill, sand concrete, logs, oilfield equipment and any other material normally hauled by trucks or truck and trailer combinations.  See link to view sample of Schedule A of an Industrial Haul Agreement.
