Parkland County belongs and contributes to the Yellowhead Regional Library System, making it possible for County residents to access the Alberta Library Card and borrow books from any library in the province. The County also oversees and contributes to the Parkland County Municipal Library Board, which ensures there is funding available to offer library facilities throughout the County and in surrounding municipalities.
