Focusing on strategies in the screening and hiring process, this presentation will map the characteristics for different demographic cohorts and explore the strategies effective in connecting with a multigenerational workforce. Discussion will include recruitment techniques, interviewing strategies and orientation programming that reveal, optimize and retain the unique gifts and contributions of each group.
