Resident Satisfaction Survey 2011
You might recall getting a call from Banister Survey in October 2011 asking you to take part in a resident satisfaction survey. The results are now in and we thank everyone who participated and provided your thoughts and feelings about life here in Parkland County.
While these types of surveys can be tedious and time consuming, they are also very useful in guiding Council in making the right decisions. Your input provides us with the direction we need to address issues and concerns that are important to you. I want you to know that when you talk, we listen. We hear what you have to say and will continue to do what you think we are doing right. As well, changes will be made where they are needed.
I am pleased to report that overall satisfaction ratings in Parkland County remain high, with almost all Parkland County residents satisfied with life here in the County. We are happy to see that our newsletter, the Parkland Communicator, has grown to be a useful tool for you to receive County news.
We see that there are areas for improvement. We plan on working with our various departments to develop strategies to target areas of improvement and increase your awareness and knowledge in these areas.
Thank you once again for participating and ask that you continue to take part in any opportunities to share your thoughts and ideas on any future surveys - your feedback really is invaluable to us.
